Supported Housing Referral
On the Southside of Bethlehem, the Lodge manages 3-bedroom apartments, six 1-bedroom apartments. One 3-bedroom and one 1-bedroom apartment are located on the second floor of the Lodge. The other apartments are spread out on the South Side of Bethlehem; all in walking distance to The Lodge.
If you are interested in referring someone, or would you like to be referred, call 610-419-3318 and ask for Kevin McCabe, Assistant Director or Ian Panyko, Director of the Lodge. Keep in mind that housing through the Lodge is restricted to Northampton County residents who are active in the Mental Health system.
However, the Lodge is more than a residential program. It's a vibrant center where people meet, enjoy a good cup of coffee, go to classes, meditate, listen to live music, join a drumming circle, work, volunteer, enjoy delicious meals, and much more. It is a place where people from all walks of life come together. Everyone is welcome and everyone is invited to become a member; Northampton County residents as well as Lehigh County residents; folks with and without a mental illness.
Independent Housing Referral
Interested individuals may apply to Lehigh Valley Conference of Churches for Health Choices Bridge Subsidies. This funding is viewed as transitional and individuals must apply for long term housing through the Easton Housing Authority.
